- Classic Chesterfield does not offer refunds for deposits and full payments on orders unless the items are not as ordered by the customer.
- If you received a product that is not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.We will then arrange to have the product returned to us and inspected by our quality control team.If the product is found to be not as ordered, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product at our discretion.
- Refunds can take up to 5 days to be deposited into the customer’s account from the time the goods being returned to us.
- We are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods during transit.

Lead Times
Our standard delivery time for orders is 16-20 weeks unless an item is in stock, however due to the uncertainty of the long-term effects of COVID-19 on supply chains, government lockdowns, and shipping company delays, orders may extend out to 30 weeks..
Shipping Policy
Australia wide deliveries must be paid 3 days prior to items being picked up for delivery
If the goods are damaged by the customer during unpacking or moving around the home or buisness the transport costs for the return goods will be charged to the consumer,If the items are damaged by the carrier Classic Chesterfield will bear the cost of returned goods. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply.
